WABCO’s Code of Conduct & Ethics sets high standards of integrity with which our employees are expected to comply.

WABCO’s Code of Conduct & Ethics includes many principles, including the following:

• We treat people both inside and outside the company with fairness, dignity and respect.
• We report facts, especially corporate financial facts, honestly and openly. We cannot tolerate any creation of false or fraudulent documentation.
• Ignorance of our standards is no excuse for violating them. If we have doubts, we have the personal responsibility to raise questions and get answers.
• WABCO expects employees to live up to these principles and other elements of the Code. The company also expects similar conduct from suppliers and contracted service providers.

WABCO expects all suppliers to follow the values and principles of our Code of Conduct. In particular we expect our suppliers:

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations in the relevant countries in accordance with WABCO’s General Terms & Conditions
• To protect the environment by being responsible and by ensuring excellence in the design, manufacture, distribution, recycling and disposal of the products
• To create and maintain healthy and safe work conditions for all their employees
• To comply with the prohibition of child and forced labor
• To maintain clear guidelines to promote business ethics and prohibit any kind of discrimination
• To avoid conflict of interests across their organizations
• To take the responsibility for deploying these requirements throughout their supply chain
