WABCO is one of the world’s leading providers of technologically advanced braking, stability, suspension and transmission control systems. On August 1, WABCO separated from American Standard and became an independent, publicly traded company. In 2006, as a business of American Standard, WABCO contributed US$2.0 billion to American Standard's total sales of more than US$11.2 billion. In 2005, WABCO contributed US$1.8 billion to American Standard total revenues of US$10.3 billion.
As a public company in the US, WABCO complies with all US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements. Financial information is not reported by country, region, facility, product group etc. 

On July 12, 2007, the board of directors of American Standard Companies Inc. approved the spinoff of its Vehicle Control Systems business into a new publicly traded company called WABCO. Read more here
