Sourcing & Purchasing Six Sigma Response Team Member

Responsibilities:

Handle major quality issues effectively and in a timely manner within a defined escalation process
Reduce Cost Of Poor Quality effect of supplier issues at WABCO
Set-up Six Sigma project to solve major recurring issues at suppliers
Ensure issue solving capabilities embedded within supplier facilities (RCCA)
Ensure S&P related issues solved within WABCO
Ensure “look across� and “Lessons Learnt� communicated and distributed within WABCO and supplier base within a defined timeframe

Profile:

A Six Sigma certification: Black Belt (Six Sigma & Quality)
Project management experience
Fluent in English and one other European language (German, French, or Polish) is preferred
Manufacturing and varied commodity part process experience
Willing to travel
Cross functional team leading
Process and results oriented
