
Customer Commercial Manager Turkey (f/m)
Your Assignments:
In your role as Customer Commercial Manager (f/m) you are responsible for building, maintaining and improving the customer relationship and ensuring WABCO position at the customer and in the market. You manage the local OE Sales team and report to the segment/ regional leaders. That means in detail:
- Analyse the customer demand and offer support to the customer.
- Lead all commercial negotiations like price and supply agreements, terms and conditions. Prepare quotation.
- Collect and extract information about customer, competitors and market.
- Create monthly forecast (vehicle production, orders, sales etc.).
- Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP), support strategic planning (STRAP).
- Find and contact new customers.
- Bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) inside WABCO.
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Economics or Engineering / degree as Industrial Engineer is a plus
- Business acumen
- Technical understanding, knowledge about products/ systems preferable
- Knowledge about automotive/ commercial vehicle industry
- Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills
- Leadership experiences
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English and Turkish language skills, in addition German is preferable
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools, SAP/ SD skills
