
Customer Product Manager Turkey (f/m)
Your Assignments:
In your role as Customer Product Manager (f/m) you will align customer´s needs and expectations with the world of solutions provided by Business Units in our global organisation and providing technical support to customers and local Application Engineers. That means in detail:
- Analyse the customer technical demand
- Collect and extract technical information about customers, competitors and market
- Be the customers advocate inside WABCO and bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the Business Unit´s
- Support first time installation for our products in the vehicle and support system integration
- Prototype and Product Variation Management
- Facilitate Start of Production (SOP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and development contracts
Your Profile:
- Diploma or technical degree in engineering
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the described job is preferable
- Knowledge about automotive industry
- Knowledge about products/ systems (electronic and pneumatic)
- Good presentation and communication skills, written communication, experiences in negotations
- Good English and Turkish language, German is preferable
- MS office tools
