Customer Product Manager Turkey (f/m)


Your Assignments:
In your role as Customer Product Manager (f/m) you will align customer´s needs and expectations with the world of solutions provided by Business Units in our global organisation and providing technical support to customers and local Application Engineers. That means in detail:  
  • Analyse the customer technical demand
  • Collect and extract technical information about customers, competitors and market
  • Be the customers advocate inside WABCO and bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the Business Unit´s
  • Support first time installation for our products in the vehicle and support system integration
  • Prototype and Product Variation Management
  • Facilitate Start of Production (SOP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and development contracts
Your Profile:
  • Diploma or technical degree in engineering
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in the described job is preferable
  • Knowledge about automotive industry
  • Knowledge about products/ systems (electronic and pneumatic)
  • Good presentation and communication skills, written communication, experiences in negotations
  • Good English and Turkish language, German is preferable
  • MS office tools
