Customer Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
BASIC FUNCTION
- Drive business analysis and data development
- Create monthly forecast (vehicle production, orders boards, sales, etc.)
- Create AOP data base and on-going updates
- Support STRAP process and develop customer input data and presentation slides for Management Reviews
- Support customer team (administration) – pricing, market share, AOP budget development and tracking/forecast updates
- Order handling and inputs for production support
- Support Business Unit/Management requests and reviews
- Ad hoc reports

- Strong Communication skills
- Structured approach (Six Sigma exposure with certification plan)
- Customer native language - English
- BS/BA degree, MBA desirable
- Engineering degree/Technical background experience desirable
- Hands-on hardware/mechanical skills desirable
- Cross-functional Engineering/Business skills desirable
