Customer Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
BASIC FUNCTION 
  • Drive business analysis and data development 
  • Create monthly forecast (vehicle production, orders boards, sales, etc.)
  • Create AOP data base and on-going updates
  • Support STRAP process and develop customer input data and presentation slides for Management Reviews
  • Support customer team (administration) – pricing, market share, AOP budget development and tracking/forecast updates 
  • Order handling and inputs for production support
  • Support Business Unit/Management requests and reviews 
  • Ad hoc reports
 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 
  • Minimal

  • Data mining and processing skills
  • Strong access and excel skills
  • Accuracy focus
  • Commercial / Financial skills
  • Statistical modeling and simulation skills
  • Industry/Product and customer knowledge desirable
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Structured approach (Six Sigma exposure with certification plan)
  • Customer native language - English
  • BS/BA degree, MBA desirable
  • Engineering degree/Technical background experience desirable
  • Hands-on hardware/mechanical skills desirable 
  • Cross-functional Engineering/Business skills desirable
