WABCO OnGuardPLUS™ is an advanced emergency braking system (AEBS) especially designed for commercial vehicles. It provides full autonomous braking on moving and stopping objects, as well as warning and extended brake assist on stationary objects. It autonomously initiates emergency braking, enables maximum possible deceleration and can bring the vehicle to a complete stop.
OnGuardPLUS is industry’s first system for commercial vehicles that complies with the European Union’s regulation to make AEBS mandatory on new heavy commercial vehicles.
