Standard Relay Valves

• Relay valves for service brakes (particularly on the front axle) and parking brakes
• Rapid increase and decrease of air pressure in brake actuators
• Low response pressure and hysteresis

Relay Valve with Check Valve

• For park braking systems in particular, replacing an external check valve
• Based on standard relay valve but with a check valve integrated in the lower part of the housing

Empty-Load Relay Valve

• Combines a standard relay valve and an empty-load valve
• Decreases the load-dependent air pressure in front axle brake actuators
• Load-dependent reduction of output pressure up to 1:3.3

Overload Protection Relay Valve

• Prevents the addition of actuating forces when the service and parking braking systems are actuated simultaneously
• Protects the mechanical transmission parts from excessive strain
• Saves energy by reducing the spring-load pressure at Port 41BV and 42 HBV (Part number 973 011 200 0 – 208 0)
• Additional integrated check valve (Part number 973 011 201 0 replaces the separate check valve from the parking braking circuit
