The programs described below can be attended by individuals or small groups at open sessions. These programs can also be tailored to your needs and delivered at our training facilities or at your preferred location.

Six Sigma Education Program
This program enables participants to learn, understand and apply the basic approaches and necessary tools of Six Sigma. The second level of the program leads to the industry-recognized certification of Six Sigma Green Belt.

Participants work on real business challenges and projects as part of their training. On-site consultancy days are included in the training and WABCO University trainers provide individual guidance and help in defining, chartering, driving and completing these projects giving you both personal and business success.

Team Management System (TMS)

The TMS approach, focused on business results, speeds up understanding effective teamwork: roles and effective communication within teams. Participants learn a model and language of effective team work that helps them to see that conflicts or difficulties arise because of different work preferences and learn the value of diversity in teams. This helps a team to find common ground for delivering projects and high performance overall.
