While regularly serving customers with cargo along your route and when approaching the ramp, you always need to adapt your trailer height to the ramp height. And so, the driver spends valuable time to prepare for the right height during unloading or loading.
What can ECAS Memory Level do for you?
ECAS stands for Electronically Controlled Air Suspension. One of the ECAS features is the Memory Level, which stores the heights of different loading and unloading sites in its memory. By simply pushing a button, ECAS raises or lowers the trailer to the stored height. During loading or unloading, ECAS automatically maintains the appropriate trailer height.
What are the advantages?
Lots of time saved because the heights of various loading docks are available with the press of a button
No need to manually readjust the trailer height due to weight changes as the function is automatically maintained
How does it work?
INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS
T-EBS D or E Premium with ECAS
SmartBoard, ECAS Remote Control Unit or ECAS Control Box
The driver can define, change and store the height levels at any time
OPERATION
ECAS Memory Level can be deployed in a stationary vehicle
The driver activates the right memory level
If the level deviates from that which the driver has selected due to weight change, ECAS automatically readjusts the level.
