Ford Motor Company’s Environmental Conservation Award is given to companies that innovate and maintain systems that focus on environment preservation.
WABCO was selected as second best productive supplier.
The recent award ceremony was celebrated in front of the entire Brazil Ford Company and the award was handed over to Miller Teixeira, WABCO Brazil Environmental & Chemical Site Coordinator.

WABCO-TVS Factory in Chennai Wins India’s Top Manufacturing Excellence Award (IMEA)
India’s largest on-site audit of manufacturing practices benchmarked against global standards. Presented by The Economic Times in partnership with Frost & Sullivan.
WABCO-TVS manufacturing facility located in Chennai, India, was honored with “Super Platinum” distinction and with the highest score.
The award assessment comprises 12 categories of manufacturing practices including customer focus, supply chain management and quality systems besides other operational and business measurements.
The award was presented to Leon Liu, WABCO Asia President, and P. Kaniappan, Managing Director, WABCO-TVS (India) Ltd., during the Award Ceremony held on January 27th in Mumbai, India.
