Due to higher air consumption and more compact compressed-air systems, pressure levels in the brake systems of commercial vehicles have constantly increased in recent years. This increase of air system pressure can result in higher deposit of oil and oil aging products in the pressure line, which may lead to higher wear and impairment of function.
