Air Compressor with Integrated Clutch
The WABCO c-comp compressor has a simple on-off control. The compressor only draws power from the engine in the pumping phase, switching off completely during off-load phase. This reduces the compressor’s overall fuel and energy demand.
The c-comp uses a pneumatic signal to engage and disengage the clutch.
