Terms & conditions

The user hereby confirms that he accepts the license agreement, which is shown whenever a diagnostics program is installed. In addition, the buyer of the diagnostics subscription undertakes not to disclose either the access data (user id and password for downloading files) or any downloaded files to third parties.

The purchase of the subscription does not include the issue of PINs for using special functions.

Any disputes arising from the purchase of the diagnostics subscription shall be referred to the relevant court of law of the City of Hannover. The contract shall be subject solely to German law.

The UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. Our general Terms of Delivery of business shall also be binding.
