INFORM allows you to use specific search criteria such as “product name”, “vehicle type” or “part number“ (available on CD, DVD) to access circuit diagrams, system descriptions, drawings and spares sheets on more than 13.000 products and in excess of 40.000 application data for over 1.500 vehicle models.

At WABCO we believe that sharing our knowledge throughout the life of the vehicle is an important element of the service we offer to our customers. As vehicle control and safety technologies in trucks, trailers and buses become increasingly complex there's a need for everyone involved in their service and use to develop an extensive knowledge base and to have regular access to training.
WABCO has been offering professional training since the early 1960s to ensure that our customers and suppliers maintain their system knowledge and expertise. With a primary focus on the commercial vehicle industry, WABCO offers a specialized range of learning opportunities and training through a variety of delivery platforms that match the customer needs. Building on a training record we have now launched WABCO University as a center of excellence for learning in the commercial vehicle industry
WABCO University provides training, learning, services and consulting activities. It offers a range of technical training programs for the installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of all air braking systems, as well as electronically controlled braking and driving dynamics control systems developed and manufactured by WABCO. It includes systems such as ABS, EBS, ESC, IVTM, ECAS and electronic temperature and door control systems for buses. Various courses on Diagnostics and Basic Electronics in commercial vehicles enhance the worldwide programs. WABCO also offers driver safety training for truck drivers on test tracks in various countries.
WABCO University’s range of business trainings includes IT training (e.g. MsOffice), Sales Training, Communication and Negotiation skills training, as well as some management and leadership courses. A Six Sigma Education Program leading to industry recognized qualifications and Team Management System (TMS) are just two examples of how the WABCO University can support our customers on their way to business excellence.
To obtain the best training results WABCO uses a combination of conventional training methods and state of the art interactive methods. Classroom training in one of our many Training Centers worldwide ensures interactivity and networking. In-house and on site training provides tailor-made solutions to meet specific demands of the customer may have. E-learning and Online-Conferencing use computer and web support to deliver knowledge and interactive learning.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Systems
WABCO offers a variety of testing equipment for diagnosis as well as advice for repairs:
For conventional braking systems, the WABCO Test Case is the obvious choice as it contains everything necessary for checking the components on the vehicle.
The WABCO Test bench can be used to test a system before and after repairs.
INFORM has documents on repairs, information on the repair kits and spare parts that are available.
For electronic systems, there is WABCO Expert Diagnostics, a multi-purpose, multi-brand commercial vehicle diagnostics system available, depending on the breadth of the diagnosis. This ranges from the flash-code plug to state-of-the-art PC with software which interactively leads you to your objective, step by step, describing errors or defects and offering advice on repairs.
User-friendly software includes both WABCO and generic commercial vehicle workshop solutions, providing more comprehensive diagnosis. Regular updates and upgrades are easy to access from the WABCO website, without expensive hardware changes.
The Distribution & Service NetworkWorldwide more than 1000 WABCO distribution partners that are carefully selected, trained and highly motivated are contracted by WABCO to provide you with high quality products and assistance around the corner. This extensive network ensures constant availability of all WABCO parts you may need. Additionally these WABCO partners can help to answer any questions related to the commercial vehicle business.
For professional assistance and service on your commercial vehicles, you can access WABCO’s network of contracted WABCO Service Centers and Workshops. These offer a wide range of services often including 24h emergency services.

All WABCO Service Centers have received the highest classification in the WABCO Network. Each workshop has the latest technical & diagnostics equipment with highly qualified staff trained by WABCO.
