Your Assignments: In your role as Customer Product Manager (f/m) you will align customer´s needs and expectations with the world of solutions provided by Business Units in our global organisation and providing technical support to customers and local Application Engineers. That means in detail:
Analyse the customer technical demand
Collect and extract technical information about customers, competitors and market
Be the customers advocate inside WABCO and bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the Business Unit´s
Support first time installation for our products in the vehicle and support system integration
Prototype and Product Variation Management
Facilitate Start of Production (SOP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and development contracts
Your Profile:
Diploma or technical degree in engineering
1 – 3 years of experience in the described job is preferable
Knowledge about automotive industry
Knowledge about products/ systems (electronic and pneumatic)
Good presentation and communication skills, written communication, experiences in negotations
Good English and Turkish language, German is preferable
MS office tools
